Urgent Help for Air Raids Victims in Ukraine
UPD2: We have raised €40,000 within a few days! As a result: the whole block of residential buildings in Kharkiv was urgently repaired, brocken windows were closed, and civilians got power sources. The same happened in Zaporizhzhya, where a bus equipped by solar power stations provided with your donations was helping civilians to charge their phones, make calls to their relatives, or just get warm. Our director Sergej Sumlenny has personally brought power stations and construction materials to Kharkiv, in cooperation with New Energy Use producer of sustainable energy solutions. You can also watch an interview made by Sergej in Kharkiv with Richard Woodruff, a British voluteer who lives in Ukraine since early 2022, on how Western volunteers support Ukraine.
UPD1: On Sunday, March 24th, the first batch of power stations with their value of €13,000, went to Zaporizhzhya, the home of Dnipro Hydro Power Plant, hit this week by Russian missiles.
On March 21st and March 22nd, over a hundred of Russian missiles have targeted Ukraine's civil infrastructure. Power plants have been hit. Power lines have been destroyed. Cities like Kharkiv, with over 1,000,000 inhabitants, stay without electricity and heating. And this amid cold weather.
Within hours, we found power stations and construction materials to help the victims. Our suppliers can deliver them right now. We are raising money to cover this urgent cost and set this campaign with a goal of 30.000 €.
With your help, European Resilience Initiative Center gGmbH can reach this goal and continue the work we’ve set out to do in this campaign. Please help if you can. Every donation makes a difference.
